  4.    This month is a bit of a hard disk special, and we've
  5. got five articles aimed specifically at hard disk users,
  6. but don't worry if you aren't lucky enough to own one, as
  7. theres something in all the articles for base machine
  8. owners too. By the way, in case you're wondering, New Dawn
  9. is fully hard disk compatible.

  11.    New articles seem to be springing up all over the
  12. place, and at this rate I'm going to have to open up a new
  13. articles menu. Advertising is also on the up, so I may
  14. have to introduce a small charge if demand gets much
  15. higher. The random message generator is probably the most
  16. notable improvement over last issue. At last count there
  17. were about 125 messages, written by a whole range of
  18. people. Next month this should be a fully scrolling
  19. message display.

  23. the Acorn User show - the film got stuck half way through.
  24. This means that there won't be a Show report from us as
  25. planned. Despite the many new products being launched, the
